Disneyland & California Adventure

Like I said in the last post, week #9 will be all about Disneyland. This was a one week trip taken at the end of April in 2018. I have never been to Disneyland before this, but I still had a magical time! So, here we go!!

Little did I know that my sisters and I wouldn't be alone. My parents coordinated this trip with two aunts and uncles, so instead of there being seven of us, there were 17 of us. More the merrier right?! This trip still would've been fun if it was just my immediate family, but having extended family tag along, made this trip that much better.

To start off, we spent two days in Disneyland, that also included California Adventure. This was possible because we had a two-day park hopper, which allowed to go back and forth between Disneyland and California Adventure. I don't have my travel journal with me, because I am currently at work, so I will try to do this to the best of my ability with the knowledge that remains inside my head.

At the time of the trip these two rides were closed: Pirates of the Caribbean and California Screamer. We were sad that those rides were closed, but two days between the two parks was enough time to do all the rides we wanted to more than once. Fun little fact about me, I didn't like rollercoasters, at least not until I promised myself that while in Dollywood I would do their 70mph rollercoasters and since then I have loved them!

I am not sure how to write this, but those who have been to Disneyland and California Adventure knows that soo much happens there that you can't put it all into words. I'll include lots of photos from my travel journal (maps, cards, etc.). So to end post, the seven characters that I saw on my first day were as follows: Goofy, Moana, Donald Duck, Cinderella, Snow White, Ariel and a chipmunk (Chip or Dale, can't tell you which one it was).

Sorry this post took forever to come out, I wasn't sure I was going to write it, my outline wasn't as strong as my post outlines, but I hope you enjoyed it (the photos at least). I am going to try and post every Thursday, but that all depends on school and work but that's the plan. Feel free to comment or DM!

The photos below consist of both a map of Disneyland and California Adventure, tram ticket that got us to and from our hotel and the park, Autopia card (just because), along with my 2-day park hopper ticket.
Sorry if the pictures are cricked.
