Blog #8 will be longer but full of great information, so hold on tight to your seat. I spent three days in California. Day one, started with the Redwood Forest. If you plan on driving through the Hyperion Tree (the 7th largest tree in Redwood National Park), keep in mind, it will be easier if you have a small car that isn't too wide or tall. My family paid to drive our expedition through the tree, but there was the chance that we could've got stuck, so we brought in our side mirrors, and drove very slow. Defiantly a memorable experience, you just have to be caution when driving through. If you don't drive through the tree, you can stand right underneath it, and look straight up into the sky.
